Get Help With Pests is operated by Gump Global LLC. By using this website you agree to these terms.

What this service is

We are not a pest control company and we do not perform any pest control work. We collect your request and pass it to an independent pest control provider serving your area. Requesting help is free and does not obligate you to buy anything.

No guarantee

We cannot guarantee that a provider will be available in your area, that you will be contacted within a particular time, or the price, quality or outcome of any service. Any agreement for pest control work is solely between you and the provider you choose to hire, who is responsible for its own licensing, pricing and work.

Your information and consent

You agree to give accurate information and to only submit a request for yourself. Your consent to be contacted is described next to the submit button and in our Privacy Policy. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to a text or emailing privacy@gethelpwithpests.com.

Liability

This website is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Gump Global LLC is not liable for any services provided by a pest control provider or for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
