Get Help With Pests is a service operated by Gump Global LLC ("we", "us"). We are not a pest control company. When you request pest control help, we pass your request to an independent pest control provider serving your area so they can contact you. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

The answers you give in our request form: the pest problem, service ZIP code, whether you own or rent the property, when you want help, your name, phone number, email and any details you add. We also record technical information such as your IP address, browser type, the page you visited, the date and time, and advertising identifiers such as a Facebook click ID or cookie, together with the consent wording shown when you submitted.

How we use it

We use your information to review your request, share it with a pest control provider serving your area so they can contact you about it, keep records of your request and consent, prevent fraud, and measure and improve our advertising.

Who we share it with

We share your request and contact details with the independent pest control provider we pass it to. That provider uses your information under its own privacy practices. We also share information with service providers that help us operate this website and our communications, and with advertising platforms such as Meta, which receive limited, hashed contact information and event details to measure our ads. We may disclose information when required by law.

Cookies and advertising

This website uses the Meta Pixel and similar technologies to understand visits and ad performance. You can control cookies in your browser settings and manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account settings.

Retention

We keep request and consent records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete them.

Your choices

You can reply STOP to any text message to stop texts. To ask us to stop contacting you, or to access or delete your information, email privacy@gethelpwithpests.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law; we will honor them as required.

Children

This service is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
